They are made of Heavy-Duty Steel and are powder-coated to ensure they can withstand the harshest weather conditions. The 16" shades are white in the inside for maximum light illumination (unless galvanized) and will come with your specified color for the shade.The steel 1/2" diameter gooseneck is 16" in total length and comes with a 4" round mounting plate.
